I just heard a lady on Youtub_ say something that was a disgrace.

She said that it is common in some countries to throw acid in a woman's face.

You don't like the words leaving her mouth?

Enough so that you would disfigure her and take her out?

Anyone of you who has acted out this deed;

is your life unfolding with ease?

Do you see a beautiful future in your minds eye?

Have to struggle hard to get by?

What words were you forced to keep silent?

Pent up emotions causing acts of violence?

The next time you feel like you might bust;

take a deep breath and in God please trust.

If you start to get so mad that your body begins moving;

Repeat these words in your mind soothing,

"I am the master of my thoughts and emotions".

Let nothing outside of you provoke them.

Say it to yourself as much as it is needed.

Divinity resides inside of you let's try to release it?
