Need suggestions for names

Quick questions about names and pronunciations

Hi everyone! I just have a quick question to ask. I have a character name Aeryn. I personally thought and pronounce it as Ae-reen ..... But when I searched the pronunciation online, most people pronounced it AIR-IN like Erin.....

Now since it is a female character name.... I don't want people to pronounce it as Erin. Though I guess I was the one who thought it was pronounced as Aireen.I can change it... But I settle for this name after changing her name like 4 times already and I like the look of the name.

My question is if I change the spelling to Aeryne and mention her nickname which is Aeri.... Would you start calling her as Ai-reen or still like Erin.

One more. I have eight characters who form a team. My original team name idea was Cranium... But than I changed it to octanium (octagon and cranium mash up) since cranium is a biological term for skull.... Which one do you like the best? Octanium or cranium.
