entry for the WdC 25th anniversary round of the weekly quickie contest

He came up to me with a rose. He handed it to me without saying a word. Then he offered me his hand and gestured to a limo with an open door. Who would I be to refuse? Champagne followed. We drove to the Ritz, and he led me to the Honeymoon suite. Still no words, though it isn’t like I didn’t try to get him to talk.

His portion of the conversation was much more physical. He titillated me with every kiss and nibble. It felt great to have some strange man treat me like I was beautiful. Room service arrived with a romantic dinner. He fed it to me one teasing bite at a time.

He looked at his watch and led me into a room off of the bedroom. Dozens of people waited in there with presents and banners. All of them screamed, "Happy Birthday," at once. Then one woman, with a birthday cake in hand, stepped forward, “That’s not my sister.”

The man looked at me and blushed, “You said she would be wearing a yellow jacket. She was the only one in the plaza with a yellow jacket.”
