A collection of magical books from my stories

This is going to be a major WIP as I have made a lot of books for my stories and I probably will never stop here. It will constantly be updated.

The Book of Home and Interior: This one is NOT a SiF series tome of magical power created by the wizard. This one was one he found. With this you can make buildings and houses or change them up. Do you want your house to become 100% 70s core? Do you want shag carpets, wood paneling, and water beds? There's a spell for that. Do you want that plus a sex dungeon for kinky time complete with BDSM equipment, machines, and 150 stalls for treating women like human cattle? There is a spell for that.

1: I already said you can make buildings and houses and change them but let's go into a deeper dive.

1: Restoration: Pretty simple. You can turn an old worn down house or building that by all means should be torn down into its peak condition. So imagine the possibilities.

2: Improvement: From this you can turn some of these newer houses that were clearly made by hands that probably don't even speak a lick of English that will probably need major tune ups in the future into a quality home worth passing on to your grandchild's grandchildren.

4: The interior changing: It's like I said before where you can turn your house into something that looks like it came out of the 70s or add a sex dungeon underneath your room.

5: Advanced changing: This one is more focused and potent. You can change a single room up to where not only is it luxurious but way bigger on the inside than the outside where you turned your bedroom to something that can rest 20 people, has a fireplace, hot tub and sauna.

6: Fortification: Do you want a house or a bunker? Or both? This spells will do that. Hope you like a yard full of trenches and barbed wire.

7: Modernization: This one is basic. It can give any old house things we have as common things like electricity, plumping, indoor cooling/heating and a generator.

8: Special Room: You can make a room appear based on what you think. For example, imagine a room where any man steps into it gets a gas that can turn them into a girl like Julie and Jean or one that turns them into a girl like Ruby from RWBY. Stuff like that. The user can also have it where the room is just a long hallway that has an obvious trap with an item at the end. No you cannot have the Ring of Absolute Truth at it, that's a limit, but you can however get something that can help you get it.

9: Backrooms: Wanna turn your house into the backrooms now you can.
9.5: Advanced Backrooms: It does that without any spooky entities and makes it more begin like a level that's one big rustic bedroom. Can also be used to create your own custom backrooms level.

10: Wish room: The strongest spell in the book. After selecting one room everything goes black and it gains a cosmic background. The user gets one single wish. Cons: The spell can only be used by one person once per week and makes it where you cannot use any magical books for the rest of the week too.

11: Gateway: The final uber spell. Basically it either creates a room or turns a room into a portal to whatever world you want. You go through the room, walk across a cosmic road in a cosmic background, and arrive at a door that takes you to your desired location. But here are the cons:
1: Depending on how far away your desired location is that will take a lot of energy out of you, with really long distances making you unable to use any magical books for a week.
2: Once you get through the other door it will close and only periodically appear again at the exact spot you arrived at the end of each week.
