Second sprint of the day 11/10

The night was littered with streetlights shining every block breaking the grip of darkness.

A clatter was heard and anyone looking would have seen a small rectangular box with a single pink satin toe shoe inside, the mate had skidded into the nearby gutter. No person could be seen. There was no body, no car, or other vehicle in sight. Just the forlorn shoes, with a missing owner.

Libby was waiting, twisting her hands and chewing on her lower lip. Sarah was late and she had never been late before, Her ballet class had been over for more than an hour. and it was only ten minutes away.
Libby was debating calling the police, when her phone buzzed.

"Sarah? Where are you?" sighing heavily as she answered,

"Is this Libby" a deep voice asked, obviously not Sarah.

Libby froze, with indecision, "Ye,yes," she stuttered, "who is this?"
