This is a poem I made during one of my classes, ironically it is about school.

The fluorescent hum, a vacant drone,
Our eyes, a sea of weariness,
Each staring past the other's bone,
A shared, unspoken emptiness.

"Wish I were home," the silent plea,
Reflected in a hundred faces.
Yet flickers of disparity,
Judge whispers in these hollow spaces.
