Time will tell who we are to each other, and so can we.

when we meet like friends
or sit like partners
dream like distances
do I?

forever, everlasting
seems right
right in front of me
you are
in front of me

you were past
are you the deeper future?
time can tell
so can we
lower down the well
slowly
over
more and
more

time
with
...me
