Confidence & Futility: A Lethal Strategy

International goals of geopolitical domination by warring nations is unacceptable -a poem.

The pros and cons of a storybook ethic,
A usurping environmental goal
To stress the movement
Of individual nations or groups
Across areas and continents,
To settle indigenous people’s lands;
A knowing concentration of inhabitants
Who must recall their history
In a territorial imperialism
By default due to societal tendencies
To erupt internationally and become
The leader of the planet -
An impending construct of megalithic
Proportions. 
To forward the military and economic
Engineering and pioneering
Of a regional and global,
Heretical hegemony;
Much less inclusive of the charitable
Outlook and framework
Of the allied constituents
Who favor one type of nation
Over another in the warring universe
Of communist, socialist, and capitalist
Parameters. 
Running parallel to Marxist
And freedom and religious morals -
Unifying the globe in a rich fabric
Of humanity while relying on the mercy of
Of abominable, deathly agents
Who utilize suicide and nuclear means
To destroy their enemy counterparts.
And blistering innocent citizens
And peace-seeking humans
In their maniacal, close-minded ethics
And causality.
