Sometimes a week is too much

Word Count: 137

My Friend Staid

Vomit on the floor
friend's new York bagel
font italicized on screen
scream for each other

trips to lakes photo takes
self-indulgence, absorbs
like a sponge the dull
pieces of specks crusty orange

so he waits at the top of the hill
intercambio becomes something real
first place trivia Jordan for 23
high fiving his new friend dwarf bill

no man i'm not your photographer
sit at a fountain to test peace
forget if its bright or side
by side for you it's ok.

And Staid paid faded games
a showman says O'Malley
Good night to you, adieu
Enjoy the crowds in Paris.
