You had to wait until tomorrow. There was nothing you could do but pretend to be a little girl as much as you could. You went to your room and laid upon your bed and tried to think of what to do. But there was nothing. You didn't want to play with toys, you couldn't watch TV because people would expect you to watch kiddie shows. So you sat and waited for tomorrow to arrive.
A while later, you new mom came to the room. "Honey do you need to go potty?"
"No, I don't think so."
"Let's try anyway. Trying is the only way you will learn."
You protested, but you mother would have none of it. She made you go to the bathroom, then she pulled down your pullups, lifted your skirt and had you sit on the potty. You didn't know what to do, you didn't have to go. "I don't have to."
"Just sit there, you will."
Then she turned on the water. The sound of running water sometimes made you have to do when you were yourself. But you didn't have to go anyway. You didn't know how long you had to wait with your pullup at your ankles and your mother staring you you saying to just relax. After ten or fifteen minutes, she gave up. You got up and your mother pulled the diaper back into place. "OK, we'll try again in a hour," she said.
Since you tried every hour eventually you did go and you mother was overjoyed or so it seemed. You could have just told her when you needed to go and it wouldn't have been a problem.
At night you mom put you to bed, read you a story and and did Bianca's usual nighttime ritual.
The next day you said you wanted to see Matty. But your father told you, "Matty is sick. They took him to a place to make him well. You can't see him until he gets back."
"What do you mean sick?"
"You wouldn't understand." You couldn't get your father to tell you what happened. You didn't know if he went to a regular hospital or the nut house. Until you could get to your body, you knew there was nothing you could do. You were stuck this way.
