Slow himself down. That should work, right?

Robert decided to slow himself down. Sadly, the necklace made him very slow.

Now everyone and everything was moving at a normal pace and he was moving slower than a snail. No matter what he did, he was slower than a snail. He could tell, because he watched a snail move faster than him.

He had to fix this...so he used the necklace to:
