The sights… the sounds… every pokemon in the room no matter what size they were, these were all things that seemed hard to get use to even after being around this kind of atmosphere all his life. To Syoku, getting over his quiet and shy nature seemed near impossible for him to do.
Syoku proceeded into the main room which appeared to be the lunch room at first glance, but his thoughts were not focused on the room at the moment, but on the floor he walked. He kept his head down just enough to see his path while still avoiding the other pokemons eyes that he knew were bearing down on him as he walked. To Syoku’s relief, he spotted a mat were four feral pokemon could sit. He quickly headed towards it and set the book bag hanging around his neck down beside him. Using his mouth, he pulled out his schedule, spreading the rolled up piece of paper out in front of him to read.
Yes! I have a battling class second period! He thought to him self, wagging his tail.
Battling was the one thing Syoku loved to do. When he is about to enter a battle, all of his worry seem to go away and the pressure of being around others and what they thought about him seem to go away, or at least till the battle is over.
Syoku ears twitched as the bell sounded for first period. He took his paws off of his schedule and watched as the piece of paper rolled itself back up. He then proceeded to put it back into his bag, which he then slipped back over his head.
