No he refuses the ring has corrupted her!

"You shall not break me as you broke Aragorn, I know the power you have taken, for It was by my craft that Sauron forged the One Ring while I was captive in Barad Dur" said Celeborn. He then ran from her, and even with all her great power, she could not stop him. All was not lost. Not all the Fellowship were in Lothlorien. Celeborn went straight to Gwaihir, king of the eagles and sent him to Gandalf's aid. When he returned, Gandalf was brought back and clothed in white. "What news from Lothlorien, oh Celeborn" asked Gandalf. Celeborn's face looked grim. "Galadriel has taken the One Ring" he said "She has been corrupted, the rest of The Fellowship has been enslaved to her will, she has sent them to gather their respective races into an army, to defend herself against Sauron" "We must go to Rohan, they may be our only hope" said Gandalf. He knew that Rohan, Mordor, Isengard, the lands to the East, and the land of Harad to the South were the only places where they could find a big enough army to destroy the might of the five races. "Perhaps we can get to the places and capture the members of the Fellowship on arrival" said Celeborn "I may be able to free them of Galadriel's influence" "We could overtake them before they get there" said Gwaiihir "But our numbers are too few to capture them all, and I would prefer not to go to war against my own people" "We may have to" said Gandalf "Perhaps we can free them of their corruption in battle"
