Chapter #7Chaos in cave by: Gimlet Stepping inside the cave I frown. Looked like a hobo had lived in here or something. Newspapers strewn around the floor. A cardboard box in one corner, partially disintegrating from rain it looked like. An old plastic chair colored a faded orange (was probably red to begin with) in one corner, and over on the far side was a ratty matress on a wireframe bed.
The place was a mess, papers and wrappers around everywhere, and... wait... what was that? Peering in I could see something behind the bed, hiding in the shadow. Were those eyes? They looked scared.
"It's OK, I'm not going to hurt you." The eyes blinked and I heard a whimpering noise. "I'm serious. You don't have anything to be afraid of."
Slowly the eyes rose up and I could see a young looking face emerge.
"D... do you promise?" A very pretty voice said "I don't wanna be hurt again."
"Hurt? I... I'm not going to hurt you. Come on." I said softly.
Slowly she came out. Her head capped in dirty brown hair with some twigs wrapped in it. As she rose from behind the bed I saw her face was covered in dirt, and... My eyes went wide. She was naked! I blushed even as she stood, shakily, and stepped out of the shadows.
That was when I got my final surprise.
She wasn't human!
I couldn't help myself, my jaw dropped and I gaped. She didn't seem to mind me staring, exactly, though she was obviously still scared. What I saw though was very odd.
She looked to be maybe sixteen years old, a year younger than me (though I'm terrible at judging ages. I could be wrong), dirt covering her body. It was the dirt and the shadows that had made me miss the obvious things. Like the horns looping around from behind her head, and the faint scales on her dirt brown skin on her sides. Elsewhere the scales were not as noticeable, but on the sides of her body they were clearer. By the way they got more distinct to the sides they probably were clearer on her back too.
Behind her were two, large, furled wings, both damaged it looked like with holes in the membranes. They looked like light brown batwings, but with horn like protrusions on the last joint of the wing 'arm' or whatever you'd call it. She also had a long sinuous tail, but no barb on the end, and her feet were three toed and clawed.
She looked like a cross between a human and a dragon from myth!
"Y... you're gonna hurt me aren't you?" She said, shying away back into the shadows. Oh god, the holes in her wings! She'd been... what? Hunted? Attacked?
"No, NO! It's OK." I said, holding my hands up.
Slowly she came back out of the shadows and I tried not to react to her nakedness... well, other than the reaction in my pants.
"You're really not gonna hurt me?" She said, seemingly incredulous.
"Of course not. Why would I hurt you?"
She looked at me, tears welling in her eyes, she sniffed, then suddenly bawled and ran towards me, wrapping her arms around me and burying her face in my chest, crying her eyes out.
"Hey hey, it's OK!" I said, holding her shaking body. She could scarcely have been more than four and a half foot tall and it seemed bawling into my chest was almost as high as she could manage.
I held her for what seemed like an age, letting her get it out of her system, rocking her back and forth, trying to not poke her with my raging hardon (Hey, she was still naked and hugging me for Pete's sake!)
Eventually her snivelling came to a stop and she slowly let go, sniffing as she looked up at me.
"A... are you gonna eat me?'
WHAT?
"N... NO! Of course not. I told you I'm not going to hurt you."
"Oh..." She looked sort of confused at my response, but took a breath and tried to smile. "So... can I stay with you? I don't like it here."
I glanced around and could see it was... messy. Not a good place to stay certainly. indicates the next chapter needs to be written. |
