"I'm informing you of a special program enacted under the emergency powers act. The name of this program is Project Venus. We have discovered a way to turn a man into a fully functioning female with the ability to reproduce. This is the human race's only chance of survival. Understanding that we would have a shortage of volunteers we have decided to sanction a draft. Names of young men from the ages of 18-25 will be selected at random, when selected you will report to the nearest center for testing and conversion. The first round of notices will come out this week. All men currently serving time in jails in prisons or arrested after this date are automatically selected. Failure to report to the center by the date on the notice will be a crime. Futher information will follow", the President says and then walks off.

Another man comes up and starts answering questions. Aaron and his Dad sit there in shock.
