The results of the scientific research were shared around the world. All the experiments, the outcomes both good and bad. Small samples of the 'treatment' were sent out to governments around the world. This solution had to be shared. Even if one country would try to hold out for a different, for a better solution, they'd all have access to the 'treatment', and could even tweak it to their hearts desire.
The treatment wasn't welcomed universally, with uncertainty and skepticism still being rampant. However, as the first of the volunteers left the centres, their previous identities checked and confirmed. Their new health also checked and confirmed, a new layer of urgency grew. The evidence was undeniable. Some nations were worrying about falling behind, in the race to restore equilibrium.
