She peeked her head out into the hallway before noting, "I could get the cookies off the top shelf without mom hearing me!"
Lisa wasn't sure how smart it would be to take Kenzie out in public like this, looking unlike an adult but looking very much like a giant-sized child. "I, um," Lisa started, not wanting to curb Kenzie's enthusiasm, "let's... go get cookies then?". She was going to have to figure out how to keep Kenize entertained now without announcing to the world that there was a freakishly-large 8-year-old running around.
