Steven's day had started off like usual: Wake up, take a shower, get dressed, etc. but had gotten more crazy over time. Checking his phone after waking up, Steven noticed a strange app on his phone, an app that had no name and he definitely didn't remember installing. Deleting it, assuming it was a virus or something, Steven was alarmed when it returned, regardless of how many times he would delete it. Looking it up on the internet didn't help either: there were no solutions to his problem that worked at all. Against his better judgement, Steven decided to run the app after a morning of trying to get rid of it, and was met by a pretty boring screen.
At the top of the screen was an XP bar, and just below that was a command: "Mind Control: 50 XP" with a down arrow next to the command. Pressing the down arrow, there were a sub-options, such as "Keep Memories", "Forget", "Think Actions Are Their Own" among others. Selecting anything opened up the rear camera on the phone, an aiming reticule in the center of the screen. Exiting this screen, Steven saw a list of options grayed out below the "Mind Control" option, but all of them were unreadable.
After one more attempt to delete the app, with the typical results, Steven decided to go to Wilko, he was already on the verge of being late after messing around with his phone most of the morning. During the drive to work, Steven continued wondering what exactly this strange and nameless app could do, and decided to ask one of his more tech-savvy co-workers to see if they knew anything to decipher the odd app. Arriving at Wilko and walking into the store, Steven saw his many co-workers and decided to approach...
