The mall security guard position sounds a little bit over your head. You're just a thin 17 year old, no one is going to respect your authority, but you still want to keep better tabs on Barry so you decide to look for a different job in the mall that way you will be able to see him at work and maybe "bump into him" more often. Not only that but make some cash and maybe buy something at Notz and Yeps too.

The nutritional store with protein powders and such called Bluto's (after the Popeye character). You've heard your brother and father talk so much about supplements and powders over the years you pretty much have a second hand knowledge of the stuff. Barry is no pile of lard, he has a muscles under his fat and must be needing protein powder to help them grow.
The Big and Tall Store, clothing for the larger gentlemen. Your father and brother frequent the store to get their clothes and you've spent a lot of time there browsing the store and learning about the fits as your brother and father try on clothes. Some things even translated into your own fashion sense. No doubt Barry would likely need to get new clothes if he's gaining fast.
